LABBB Collaborative

LABBB Philosophy: The LABBB Collaborative helps students with special needs reach their full potential through high quality programs that integrate academic, social, recreational and vocational services and enable participation in the least restrictive environment. By sharing its resources with multiple school districts and social service agencies, its programs maintain superior quality and reasonable costs to those it serves, by meeting or exceeding state standards, and achieving economies of scale.

Programs Available

LABBB at Chenery Middle School (Intellectual/Neurological)

Collaborative: 

Students are presented with specially designed instruction that focuses on the provision of small group academic instruction.

LABBB at Chenery Middle School (Intensive Specialized)

Collaborative: 

This program is created for students who require intensive specialized instruction, with highly specialized therapeutic work to accommodate each individual, i.e., Nurse, Behaviorist, Orientation and Mobility Therapist, Vision Therapist, etc.

LABBB at Fox Hill Elementary School

Collaborative: 

The LABBB classrooms at the Francis Wyman Elementary School serve students in a continuum from age 3 through 11.

LABBB at John Glenn Middle School

Collaborative: 

The educational focus is based on the development of academic skills, social competencies, and on pragmatic language development. The program fosters the values of independence, responsibility, and community awareness in order to prepare for high school.

LABBB at Lexington High School

Collaborative: 

This program is created for students who require intensive specialized instruction, with highly individualized therapeutic support, i.e., Nurse, Behaviorist, Physical Therapist, etc.
